About Bend School

Our mission is to develop the full potential of all students’ intellectual, ethical, physical, creative, cultural, and social capabilities. This will be accomplished by providing meaningful instruction, building positive relationships with all stakeholders and by providing a safe school environment. We are dedicated to maximizing the professional skills and human potential of every staff member, recognizing that an exemplary staff is the key to student development.

Bend Elementary School District is a one-school district located approximately 140 miles north of Sacramento and approximately 5 miles north east of Red Bluff in rural Tehama County.

Parents & Community

Parents have multiple opportunities to become involved in the education of their children at Bend Elementary. Parent volunteers are actively involved in classrooms, coordinate student activities through the Booster Club, and provide high quality community involvement activities resulting in the school being revered as the true community center.
